2023 Annual General Meeting

You’re invited to our Annual General Meeting.

One of the benefits of banking with Beyond Bank Australia, a customer-owned bank, is that every member is a shareholder with a say in how we’re run.

We’re pleased to invite our members to participate in our 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to catch up with our performance over the past year, listen to our plans for the future, ask our directors questions, have your say and vote on matters on the agenda. 

If you’re unable to participate on the day, you can appoint a proxy to attend, ask questions and vote on your behalf (see below).

We’ve engaged a third-party provider, Link Market Services, to assist us with administering the AGM. If you are eligible to vote and have a valid email address, you should receive an email from comms@linkmarketservices.com.au with a link to vote and instructions on how to vote.

I received an email with the wrong name. Is it legitimate?

We have partnered with Link Market Services to assist us with our communications and process for our AGM in 2023. Link is sending out notifications to our customers on our behalf. Unfortunately, during the email send, an issue occurred. This issue resulted in some names showing up incorrectly.

In case you have received an email addressed to you by your middle name or in the partial name of a business or trust, we sincerely apologise for the confusion caused. We want to assure you that you can still proceed to exercise your rights as a customer-owner, such as attending the AGM or proceeding to our voting page.

How to join the AGM.

Beyond Bank Australia's 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted as a hybrid meeting on Monday, 27 November 2023, commencing at 3:30 pm (AWDT) / 6:00 pm (ACDT) / 6:30 pm (AEDT). You will be able to attend in person at U City Function Centre, 43 Franklin Street, Adelaide SA 5000, or online using the steps below.

Before the meeting you will need to:

On the day of the meeting:

  • Log in to the online platform which will be provided by Link Market Services. We recommend you log in and register from 5:30 PM (ACDT) on Monday, 27 November.
     

Appointing a Proxy.

You can appoint a proxy ahead of the AGM using the link below.
You will need handy your Member Number and Postcode.

If you prefer a paper proxy form to be mailed to you, please contact Link Market Services on 1300 554 474.
